Finding and working with a Lawyer can be a difficult task. However, there are
many situations that arise that require sound legal advice and representation. It is my firm desire to make your experience

I have been practicing as a Criminal Defense Lawyer for more than 10 years.
Prior to becoming a Lawyer I was a police officer fior 10 years. This unique combination of knowledge and experience allows
me to provide effective representation for my clients.
Having offices in Santa Rosa and San Mateo I practice in every
county of the San Francisco Bay Area, and many North Bay counties as well the Sacramento area. I provide representation
in both felony and misdemeanor cases including domestic violence, drunk driving, drug possession, assault, theft crimes, violation
of probation and driver's license suspension. I also provide representation in certain juvenile matters.
I offer a
free initial consultation, reasonable fees and evening and weekend appointments when necessary. I offer reasonable payment
